So I'm all moved into college and everything. I started classes on Tuesday.

French- I haven't actually met my French teacher yet... apparently she couldn't make it the first week of class, so we ended up with the same professor I had last semester. Our real one will be back Monday though.
Swedish- This class is gonna be awesome. The teacher is really enthusiastic and I'm really liking the language so far, although I haven't learned much.. just the alphabet, numbers, and some basic questions/answers (fråga/svar)
Data Structures & Algorithms- Regardless of whether the professor says he's trying to make this less of a weeder course, I'm still a little terrified. I'm definitely gonna have to brush up on my programming skills because I've lost a lot of the fluency I had at the end of 280. I should be fine as long as I remain diligent.

As far as other things... my social life should be a bit better this year. I'll hang out with Christina and her friends some, plus my hall is starting to be a little more social ever since the hall meeting we had the other day.

Megan came up to visit me on Thursday... that was really cool except that my body decided to wake up with a horrible cold on Thursday morning that still hasn't quite left. I'm not such an entertaining person when I'm sick... I felt really bad. We took a really long walk through the arb which was fun because I haven't really been back there at all, and didn't realize how big/cool it is.

Felt a little better when I woke up this morning, luckily, because we went to the football game against Miami (Ohio). We played a pretty terrible game, but still managed to pull it off, so that was good. I think I've pretty much filled my football quota for the year though, it's only hockey games from here on out.

I'll try to take some pictures of my room at some point and post them here after we get our final two posters... it's looking pretty cool. Especially the ~7ft Bill Cosby poster featured in my facebook picture.

Hey, I've been meaning to ask where you decided to live this year. I actually stuck it out in Bursley, only I'm on the 7th floor this time. It's a pretty sweet deal, we get 10 ft high ceilings.

Ahh, I left good ol' North Campus behind. I'm on the hill now, in Alice-Lloyd.

And yeah, top floor rooms in Bursley are sweet, I had one last year. Unfortunately being on the top floor in Lloyd doesn't give me any higher ceilings... just a longer walk to get to the room =(
