So I don't suppose I've for seriously updated my lj in quite a while, and I'm supposed to be studying for EECS right now, so as a cliche, I may as well.
As I just said, still have my EECS exam. This is scary because 281 is supposedly the hardest EECS class in the department (except perhaps 381, but that one isn't required) I've been doing fairly well in it up to this point, but sorta zoned out the last couple of lectures. Reading the lecture notes, I think I understand everything, but I can't help but be somewhat paranoid.
I finished French yesterday. Like, finished French. I won't be taking any more French classes, which is really strange for me because I've had French since 10th grade. 4 and a half years. I'm really hoping I stay decently fluent in it, because it's not something I want to forget, but I know what even long summers can do to my knowledge in French, so I probably will.
Swedish was done on second to last day of class. I got an A-, which I'm fairly happy with. The last day of class we just played Swedish scrabble, which mostly boiled down to having our teacher walk around and tell us words we could make because we all had a very limited vocabulary, haha.

This is my schedule for next semester: http://mschedule.com/view.php?uniqname=thomeri
Scand 104 is second semester Swedish. Fairly straightforward.
Ling 272 is a linguistics class about Race & Discrimination related to language. It counts as an RE credit and actually sounds decently interesting, so I'm excited for that.
Physics 140/141 is base level physics that I need for my CS degree.
Womenstd 375 is History of Witchcraft, which should both be really interesting and hilariously easy (as in, the only assignments are in-class assignments, 30% of the grade is attendance, and two of the three exams are take-home exams)

Finally, started looking for housing for next year with Franz yesterday. We found some pretty decent 4-bedroom houses/apartments, one of which called me and woke me up at 9:30 this morning =( Hopefully we can having something nailed down by the time second semester starts. And hopefully, it's the space cube on S. University, which is my new dream home.

okay, back to TRANCE MUSIC AND SORTING ALGORITHMS FUCK YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH DAWG
